Welcome to Bare Woman Vital Program!: Step into a transformative journey with our Healthy Habits plan, a group coaching program designed to foster integrated wellness across the dimensions of Mental, Physical, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual well-being. This 7-week program is your gateway to resetting patterns that no longer serve you and learn how to build the habits you want to achieve. What to Expect: - 1 coaching session, lasting 2 hours, during 7 consecutive weeks. - 1 workbook - Community group. Week-by-Week Focus: WEEK 1: MINDSET & SELF-CARE: Let's learn how to have the right mindset, tap into our inner strength and ignore the inner critic that doesnt allow to move forward. WEEK 2: NUTRITION: Learn what are the healthiest habits, no matter the diet you follow. WEEK 3: MOVEMENT: What kind of exercise we should practice according to our bio-individuality. WEEK 4: SLEEP & STRESS MANAGEMENT: Sleep Hygene practices and stress management techniques to help you cope with your everyday life. WEEK 5: CONNECTION: Learn how to have happier and meaningful relationships. WEEK 6: LIFE PURPOSE: Dive into your passions and talents and learn what ignites your soul. WEEK 7: Building you Healthy Habits Vital Plan" & CLOSING CEREMONY: Build a plan of Healthy Habits and make it sustainable. How It Works: 1. Topic Introduction and Group Discussions: At the start of each week, explore the designated theme and engage in insightful group discussions. 2. Vision Setting: Create a vision for each area of your life, uncovering your true desires. 3. SMART Goal Setting: Establish one SMART GOAL aligned with your values. 4. Healthy Habits Adoption: Learn to create a new habit. Choose 1-3 habits from a provided list to incorporate during the week. 5. Overcoming Roadblocks: Address potential challenges and strategize to overcome them, fostering accountability structures. Program Resources: Weekly Workbook: Receive a workbook outlining designated habits and reflective questions for exploration. Emphasis on Progress, Not Perfection: This program is about progress, not perfection. Join us in this transformative journey towards holistic wellness, where you'll find a supportive community to inspire and guide you every step of the way.
